Hello, my name is Terry Gerrish and I am pleased to serve as your principal.
Prior to my arrival at Heath Brook I was the principal of the Loella F. Dewing Elementary School. Before coming to Tewksbury I was principal of the Berkowitz Elementary School in Chelsea, Coordinator for Special Programs for the Lowell Public Schools, Assistant Principal, Assistant to Superintendent, and math/science teacher at the John Glenn Middle School in Bedford. My first teaching job was as a 7th and 8th-grade math teacher at Sterling Middle School in Quincy. Before teaching, I worked as an accountant, tax preparer, ran a lumber yard and worked at a property management company.
My husband Peter and I have been married 43 years, have two children and four granddaughters. We are lucky that all of us live in the same town so that we can visit often.
