To report an Absence or Tardy

A parent/guardian must report their child’s absence/tardy to the school on the morning of the absence. To report your child as absent or tardy to school please use one of the following options: 

  • Leave a message on the schools voicemail (978 640 7880) with your child’s:
    • Name
    • Home room teacher
    • Reason for absence/tardy
    • Date of the absence/tardy.
  • Send an email to ryanattendance@tewksbury.k12.ma.us with your child’s name in the subject heading.  Please include the information below in the body of the email:
    • Name
    • Home room teacher
    • Reason for absence/tardy
    • Date of the absence/tardy.
  • Use the TPS App
    • (The app can be found on the Apple and Android App Stores).
    • Choose your school
    • Choose report absence
    • Fill out the required information and send.
