Baseball/Spinner’s Game NightNorth Street students’ family and friends may purchase reduced price Spinners tickets for a fun night out. This event occurs in June just as school is getting out.Debbie Johnson
Funding FactoryHelp us earn cash by bringing in empty inkjets, toner cartridges, cell phones and small electronics, such as small digital cameras, MP3 players, GPS systems and laptops for recycling. These items are recycled in an environmentally responsible manner and our school benefits from payments for these items. It keeps these electronics out of landfills and helps us fund teacher requests and arts and enrichment programs at the North Street. Items should be sent to school in a zippered plastic bag. We will also have a green bin in the cafeteria where parents and guardians can place these items when they visit the school. In the past, parents have brought cartridges from their places of employment, local businesses, and their own homes. For more information, go to Impink
Paper RetrieverReduce, Reuse, Recycle. Please help the Dewing Go Green. We have a Paper Retriever bin located in the back parking lot of the school, near the Cafeteria entrance. Won’t you please consider dropping off your old newspapers, junk mail, magazines, catalogs, school papers, etc. The bin is ‘open’ 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please no cardboard and no plastic bags.Paige Impink
Recycle ThatIf you do, the North Street School wants them ! We have partnered with Recycle That in a fundraising program that accepts used books, DVDs and CDs. You can drop them off in the new Recycle That fundraising receptacle located in the back parking lot near the cafeteria entrance. Help the PAC raise funds, and clean out your book shelves at the same time! All proceeds to fund the North Street PAC, which supplies much-needed programs and supplies for our school. Unload all your books into the receptacle any time 24/7.Paige Impink
