Please be sure to check with the schools you are interested in applying to to see if they require the SAT exam or the ACT test. (SB) on their daily attendance when meeting with a college representative outside of TMHS during school hours MUST complete the form found in the Guidance office at least 3 days prior to the visit.\u00a0 You will also be asked to provide documentation prior to and after the visit.<\/p>\n<p>These forms are to be used when meeting with an individual (i.e. admissions rep, coach, financial advisor). \u00a0They are not to be used for school tours.<\/p>\n<p>______________________________________________________________<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><a href=\"http:\/\/ncaa.org\"><strong>NCAA Clearinghouse<\/strong><\/a> <\/span>:<\/p>\n<p>Any student wishing to play a sport in college should visit the official NCAA site and create an account on the NCAA Clearinghouse Account page.\u00a0 There is a charge associated with this.\u00a0 AFTER you have created an account, see Mr. Harne and he will upload your transcript for you.<\/p>\n<p>You MUST create an account if you plan to play at a Division I or II school.\u00a0 If you plan to play a sport for a school at any other level, you will not have to create an account with the NCAA Clearinghouse.\u00a0 \u00a0Your coach may request a transcript through your Guidance Counselor or he\/she may request one from the admissions office.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.mass.edu\/forstufam\/admissions\/admissionsstandards.asp\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Admissions Standards for the Massachusetts State University System and the University of Massachusetts<\/a><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the above link is to provide detailed information about the minimum standards for admission to Massachusetts&#8217;
