If you do not sign up and pay for the exam, you cannot take the exam, and thus will not be eligible to potentially receive college credit<\/u>. Please see your guidance counselor if you have any questions about this.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>* <strong>Attendance<\/strong> &#8211; Students will receive the designation of &#8216;SB&#8217; from classes that occur during the AP exam. \u00a0Students arriving at school immediately before an afternoon exam or leaving immediately after a morning exam will be considered ABSENT from any other classes that day.<\/p>\n<p>* <strong>All AP Tests will be administered at TMHS<\/strong> \u00a0(exams will be given in LGI-1 unless otherwise indicated)\u00a0 For morning exams please arrive not later than 7:45, and for afternoon exams no later than 11:45.<\/p>\n<p><strong>* 2025\/2026 AP Test fee is $<em>99<\/em><\/strong>\u00a0(payment should be made through Community Pass &#8211; if you have questions about Community Pass, please see Ms. Fronduto in the guidance office).<\/p>\n<p><em>note: Students verified as being on <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Free\/Reduced Lunch<\/span> will pay a discounted fee per exam.\u00a0 The discounted fee is $22.00 per exam. Please register for the exam through your Community Pass account and select &#8216;send payment&#8217; option at checkout.\u00a0 Your account will be adjusted and you will receive an invoice for the correct amount through your Community Pass email.\u00a0 Thereafter, go back into Community Pass to make payment with a credit card or send a check in to Guidance made payable to &#8216;Town of Tewksbury&#8221;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>DEADLINE to pay is Tuesday, October 10, 2025 !!! <\/strong>Only exams that are paid for will be ordered.<\/p>\n<p><strong>* AP Exam Policies<\/strong> can be found by clicking <a href=\"http:\/\/apstudent.collegeboard.org\/takingtheexam\/exam-policies\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a>, but the main ones are &#8211;<\/p>\n<p>PLEASE <strong>DO NOT<\/strong> BRING:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>ANY ELECTRONIC EQUIPMENT (including cell phones, Apple watches, listening devices, recording devices) other than your TMHS issued device and charger (for digital AP exams). Any other electronic device will not be allowed in the testing room and you will not be allowed to use any electronic device during breaks!!! You must leave all your electronics in your locker or in your car.<\/li>\n<li>FOOD or DRINK &#8211; They will NOT be allowed in the Testing Room. \u00a0You will be given breaks in a designated area outside the testing room.<\/li>\n<li>MECHANICAL PENCILS &#8211; They are NOT allowed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>PLEASE BRING:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Several #2 pencils with erasers<\/li>\n<li>2 pens with black or blue ink<\/li>\n<li>Up to 2 approved calculators. \u00a0Please check <a href=\"http:\/\/www.collegeboard.org\/ap\/calculators\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a> to find approved calculators.<\/li>\n<li>A ruler for Physics exam only<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These policies may be updated in early 2026.<\/p>\n<h3>AP Online Scores<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Step 1. Before taking the AP exam students should sign up for a free College Board account on the <a href=\"https:\/\/apscore.collegeboard.org\/scores\/#\/\"><strong>AP website<\/strong>.<\/a><\/li>\n<li>Step 2. During AP Class Registration students will enter their LASID number and e-mail address into the specified fields.\u00a0 Your LASID number can be found on Aspen in the field titled &#8216;Local Identifier&#8217;.\u00a0 It is also the numeric part of your google password.\u00a0 This number, along with your AP number, MUST be kept in a safe place as they will be your access into your account to retrieve your scores.\u00a0 You might want to email these numbers to yourself, put them in your phone or keep them in a safe place.<\/li>\n<li>Step 3.
