Active Students
If you are a current student at TMHS and need a transcript, please complete a transcript request form which can be found in the Guidance office and return it to Mrs. Fronduto. We ask that you please allow at least 2 days to process your request.
Former Students
If you are a former graduate of TMHS and need your transcript, please contact Mrs. Fronduto by emailing cfronduto@tewksbury.k12.ma.us, or by completing the google form at the following link. Transcript Request Form You will be asked to provide your full name, including middle initial, year of graduation, date of birth, phone number, college/institution receiving the transcript, and a copy of a photo id. If you are now married, please provide both your married name and the name you used when you graduated.
